Terms and Conditions — Ave Ambassador Program

1. What the Ambassador Program Is

The Ave Ambassador Program is a rewards program for fans of The Ave Live. Ambassadors receive a personal promo code and can share it with friends and followers. When people use an ambassador's code to buy tickets, the ambassador earns rewards such as complimentary tickets, merch, VIP access, and other perks.

That's the entire program: share your code if you want, earn rewards when it gets used.

2. Participation

• Whether, when, and how you share your code is entirely up to you.
• You can stop participating at any time, for any reason, without telling us.
• Rewards are perks tied to ticket referrals.

3. Rewards

Reward tiers, types, and thresholds are described inside the program and may change at any time. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for money, and are subject to availability. Where a reward involves venue access, standard entry requirements (21+, valid ID, venue conduct policies) apply.

4. Sharing Your Code the Right Way

When sharing your code, you agree to:

You are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of the venue, negotiate with anyone for the venue, or speak as the venue.

• Be honest. No misleading claims about events, pricing, lineups, or the venue.
• Disclose your connection where required (for example, tagging posts as containing your referral code when platform rules or FTC guidelines require disclosure).
• Follow platform rules on any social network where you post.
• Never spam, buy through your own code to farm rewards, or misrepresent yourself as an employee or agent of The Ave Live or 520 Management LLC.

5. Ending Participation

You can leave the program at any time. We can end anyone's participation or the entire program at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Unredeemed rewards may expire when participation ends.

6. Your Information

Information collected through the program is handled under the Ambassador Program Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion and Retention Policy.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any action relating to these terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
