Data Deletion and Retention Policy

1. Retention Schedule

520 Management LLC retains information only for the period needed for the stated purpose, unless an incident, dispute, or legal requirement requires preservation.

• Ambassador program records: 24 months after participation ends.
• Creators submissions: 24 months from submission.
• Challenge accounts and phone numbers: 12 months after last participation.
• Careers and job applications: 12 months from application.
• Video surveillance footage: 30 days, unless preserved for an incident or legal requirement.
• Reserve booking records: 24 months after the event date.
• Analytics and technical logs: provider defaults, not exceeding 24 months.

2. Deletion Requests

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact legal@theavelive.com. We may retain limited information when necessary to honor an opt-out, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.
