1. What We Collect

When you join or apply to the Ambassador Program, we collect what you provide:

• Date of birth or age confirmation
• Your promo code activity: ticket referrals attributed to your code and rewards earned

3. Text Messages

If you provide your phone number, we may text you about the program and your rewards. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Providing a phone number is not a condition of participating. Marketing texts are sent only with your express consent, consistent with our SMS policy.

4. Who Can See It

Program information is used by The Ave Live's internal team. We use service providers to operate the platform (hosting, database, messaging providers), who process data on our behalf only. Referral attribution involves our ticketing partner's systems (DICE) to the extent needed to track code usage. We don't share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep ambassador program records for 24 months after participation ends, then delete or de-identify them unless a longer period is required for a dispute, incident, or legal obligation. See our Data Deletion and Retention Policy. You can request deletion at legal@theavelive.com.

6. Your Choices

• Access, correction, or deletion: email legal@theavelive.com
• Text opt-out: reply STOP to any message
• Leaving the program: stop participating at any time; your data is then handled per Section 5

7. Security

We use industry-standard hosting and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard what you share with us.

8. Age

The Ambassador Program is open to participants 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 for this program.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
